REPRESENTATIVES AND SCHOOLS BENEFITS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Registering for Sigma Math Olympics is managed by the country representatives. Each representative is responsible for creating their own registration module and completing student registrations. Below is a step-by-step guide on how the registration process will work:

  • Country Representative Registration Module:
Each country representative will create their own registration platform to manage the registrations of students in their respective countries.
  • Complete Registration by January 18, 2025:
All registrations must be completed by this date. Country representatives are required to collect student details, including full name, city, school, grade level, and date of birth.
  • Submit the Excel Template:
Once all registrations are completed, country representatives must compile the student information into an Excel template and submit it to us by January 18, 2025. The template must include the following details for each student: full name, city, school, grade level, and date of birth.
  • Assigning Exam IDs:
After receiving the student information, we will assign a unique Exam ID for each student and return the updated Excel file to the country representatives. These Exam IDs will be used during the competition.
  • Payment Process:
The registration fee per student is $2. However, country representatives are allowed to collect a higher fee from students in their country, as determined by their own guidelines. The collected fees will be managed by the representatives.
By following these steps, country representatives will ensure that all students are registered and prepared for Sigma Math Olympics. We aim to streamline this process to allow a smooth experience for all involved.
